“Dietitians eat cake too”
Hey there! My name is Violet, I’m a Registered Dietitian who loves health AND eating sweets - I sometimes have to remind people both can be true and that dietitians do, in fact, eat cake. What I love even more than eating sweets myself is making them for other people, and I find it extra exciting when I can bake something that becomes someone’s favorite, fits with their fitness goals, or is the most indulgent part of their day that can lift them out of a bad mood. I’m excited to share this with as many people as possible - I’m so happy you’re here!
What we make
Banana Breads - UVB first started from a banana bread recipe that friends, family, and strangers alike all stated was the best banana bread they’ve ever had. A classic loaf studded with chocolate chips and lightly scented with cinnamon, this is the type of treat that reminds you of home
Banana bread variations include custom mix-ins like nuts, chocolates, and flavor variations of your choice (i.e. birthday cake, coffee cake, etc)
We have a special protein-focused banana bread recipe with 20g of protein per slice! This bread is also lower in carbs and includes collagen
Custom Cakes - including ice cream cakes, cupcakes, birthday cakes, baby smash cakes and more all with custom flavors/fillings/icings.

as my business grows, I hope to offer as wide a range of baked goods and pastries as possible! For now, I have some yummy set options that still offer a ton of variety, and for my cakes and ice cream cakes specifically will do custom flavors

i am happy to share nutrition information for my baked goods - especially the protein options! I aim to make each serving with at LEAST 20g of protein to be comparable to leading protein bars and powders.
